Refund policy

Returns:
To be eligible for a store credit item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item (this will be based on your tracking information or date you were tagged for pick up). All items must be in the condition in which you received them, unworn, unwashed with the tags still attached. All returns should be sent to Signed by Heather via USPS to 222 West Shelby Street Falmout, KY 41040.
You MUST include a PRINTED copy of your receipt. Returns will be processed within 14 business days of the receipt of your return. If item is postmarked after the 7-day window, item will be held for pick-up and not re-shipped to you.

Cancellations:
Due to the nature of our business and getting orders into production immediately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. 

Damaged or Wrong Items:
You will have 3 business days of your delivery date to notify us of damaged or wrong items so that we can correct this. Please notify us via email to order.signedbyheather@yahoo.com or contact us through the Signed by Heather Facebook page.

Refunds:
Returned items to Signed By Heather within 7 days of receiving them will receive a store credit. Credit will be applied to your account.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we no longer hold items to exchange. We do not accept mail-in exchanges. If you would like to come to the boutique within 7 business days of receiving your item to see if we have in stock what you need, we will allow that.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
